In this guided tutorial, I will explore the benefits of Kumbhaka and provide step-by-step instructions for practicing this transformative technique. Kumbhaka, a fundamental component of pranayama, involves consciously holding the breath after inhalation or exhalation. By extending the pauses between breaths, you will tap into the life force energy within each breath, known as Prana. Through this practice, you will awaken a renewed sense of vitality and energy that lies dormant within you.
